Appraising since 1976. Was a 10-year member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Obtained license in 1991 when licensing became a state requirement. Hold the designation of Certified Residential Specialist C.R.S., realtor alumni of Michigan R.A.M. and graduate of Realtors Institute G.R.I. Member of Michigan Association of Real Estate Appraisers M.A.R.E.A.
